THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CREATIVE-PRODUCTIVE METHODS ORIENTED ON LOCAL WISDOM TOWARDS TEXT WRITING SKILLS OF STUDENTS IN CLASS VII SMP (KEEFEKTIFAN METODE KREATIF-PRODUKTIF BERORIENTASI KEARIFAN LOKAL TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS SISWA KELAS VII SMP)

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of creative-productive method oriented local wisdom on text-writing skills seventh-grade students SMP Negeri 38 Padang. The texts analyzed in this study are descriptive, fantasy stories, and procedures. findings indicate that written by not according structure linguistic rules text have been set. type is quantitative with experimental methods form Pre-Experimental Design. design One-Group Pretest-Posttest sampling technique a simple random technique. sample was class VII E about 32 students. Data collection carried out June 2021. Based results data analysis, it can be concluded effectively used for learning write descriptive texts, procedures comparison value hypothesis test, most applied description compared story procedural texts.
